Job Title: Sales Manager
Purpose Statement:


    This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized, target-driven candidate who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment and who is capable of bringing the Team along.
    The job holder will be responsible for driving the sales team in a very hands-on capacity while developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve set company sales targets.

Key Accountabilities:

        Inspire, lead and motivate the sales team in a very hands-on capacity
        Monitor KPIs and measure performance
        Coordinate and conduct sales training
        Analyze and understand the challenges in merchant acquisition and retention and devise strategies to maximize revenue
        Lead by example by signing up large good quality accounts
        Increase merchant acquisition rate
        Key role in mentoring, development and retention of talented staff
        Assign appropriate merchant acquisition targets to team and individuals
        Ensure sales are geared towards achieving target profits
        Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing merchants
        Preparing business intelligence analysis and reporting
        Analyzing, appraising and reconciling sales reports

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

        Minimum of a university degree in any discipline
        An MBA would be an added advantage
        Team lead with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales with demonstrated consistent success with target achievement
        Sales methodology, process and pipeline management, as well as detailed analysis on performance to drive change and output will be critical to the success of this role
        Proven ability to drive acquisition through effectively managing sales teams
        Proven ability to motivate individuals/teams to achieve challenging targets
        Sound business judgment and integrity with effective client relationships building skill
        Self-starter and thorough with demonstrable excellent sales, negotiation and communications skills and that can teach those to others

        Must be Computer Literate
        Excellent sales and communications skills with good relationship building skill
        Strong analytical skills: understands and utilizes metrics relevant to role

Job Title: Merchant Quality Officer
Purpose Statement:
The role holder will be responsible for liaising and communicating with merchants on product deals.

Key Accountabilities:
·         Working on product Schedules
·         Keeping merchants informed and responding to their queries
·         Building strong relationships with merchants
·         Making mystery calls to authenticate the fine prints of deals
·         Manage, analyze and review the mystery shopping process
·         Perform other associated responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
·         This position requires a University graduate or its equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience in a customer service function or in a similar position.
·         Highly detail-oriented and extremely organized
·         Good Interpersonal skills
·         Great negotiation skills and ability to network and influence people
·         Candidate must possess ability to multi task in a dynamic environment

The following skills are essential:
·         Analytical ability
·         Creative imagination and problem solving
·         Must be Computer Literate


Job Title: Merchant Relationship Officer

Purpose Statement:
The job holder will work directly with the Merchant Services Manager and will be responsible for all in-house merchant enquiries and correspondences.

Key Accountabilities:
·         Inform, prepare and advise merchants on their forth-coming service deals
·         Take records of service deals going live and those queued for next batch
·         Define and manage report generation, compilation and analysis as needed to support goals and objectives
·         Review new accounts and additional site applications
·         Possess a working knowledge of the deals policy
·         Answer inquiries and provides support to merchants with problems, complaints and product information
·         Maintain a good relationship with merchants

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
·         This position requires a University graduate or its equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience in a customer service function or in a similar position
