Job Title: Confidential Secretary


    Minimum of BSc Degree in and relevant course
    Cognate and relevant work experience is needed
    Strong writing and analytical skills
    Excellent oral, written, facilitation and interpersonal communications skills
    Excellent planning, organizatinal and administrative skills
    High proficiency with Microsoft Office softwares including Outlook, Word and Excel
    A strong focus on and attention to detail and quality results
    Self-sufficient; effectively works independently as part of a team
    A positive attitude, presence and ability to interacct with all levels of the organization
    Ability to adapt to new technologies as required
    Ability to develop procedures and practices
