Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor located at our site in Bonny Island. The successful candidate will provide the following duties

Responsible for overseeing the execution of civil maintenance operation in the field

To ensure effective planning of maintenance works to guarantee standard of product quality and prepare schedules for maintenance team accordingly to the demands and job requirements

To monitor and ensure compliance to safety & security standards during implementation of civil works through detailed review and checks on all procedures.

To provide the status on the planned activities, assign the tasks that need to be performed to the staff to ensure timely completion of tasks as per the work orders.

To monitor and control man-hours completed by the maintenance team.

To manage the inventor of all relevant material whilst maintaining records and informing PEC section head to ensure timely replenishment.

? Planning, organizing, assigning, directing, reviewing and supervising the work of assigned staff in the preventive, corrective maintenance and emergency repair of all NLNG owned civil assets.

Oversees all civil maintenance activities to ensure quality, timeless and safety.

Supervise the underwater inspection and maintenance works on behalf of NLNG and verify field inspection findings and measurements.

Scheduling work to meet PEC?s long term maintenance objectives

Plans, schedules, select or approve, and requisition necessary equipment and related supplies.

Maintains inventory of necessary parts and equipment.

Conducts inspection of civil assets as required.

Maintains inspection and repair records

Job Requirements

Read and understand construction drawings, plans and specifications.

Five (5) years of broad experience in a position with responsibility in the maintenance of civil engineering facilities; two (2) years this must have included lead or supervisor responsibilities.

Experience in supervising jetty and marine inspection or maintenance works would be an advantage.

    Oversees the execution of painting and insulation works on site.
    Provide status report on planned activities, assigns the task that need to be performed to staff to ensure timely completion of task as per the works orders.
    Monitors and controls man hours completed by the maintenance team.
    Monitors safety and ensures HSSE SPECTS (including PTW) are addressed, that Tool Box Talks are relevant and attended, and that preventative requirements and learning from incidents (LFI) are communicated and implemented thus enhancing the effectiveness of the HSSE MS.
    Drive continuous improvement on site.

    Basic Functions :
        Drives the field maintainace, repair and new application of all protective painting and insulation to achieve continuous asset reliability and integrity thereby assuring operations and process safety.
        Ensures that all painting and insulation works are performed in line with applicable company standards and all times.

        Principal Responsibilities :
            Supervises field painting and insulation activities.
            Ensures that field painting and insulation teams are functioning effectively and efficiently, conducts regular audits of the processes and takes action to improve any deficiencies.

            Ensures that machinery and equipment for painting and insulation activities are maintained in optimum conditions at all times.

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Cad Operator located at our Site in Bonny Island,Nigeria. The successful candidate will provide the following duties.



CAD all detailed engineering design packages , produce all electrical drawings, data sheets, installation index/ details hook- up drawings , drawing update of operation 7 maintenance manual, generate MOT, etc as input for field construction or a PC tender Package.

Assist in the development of BDEP/project specification for projects, produce preliminary design drawings.

Interpret rough sketches from general engineering and designed information and produce technical drawings and documentation.

Review drawings and propose/ implement upgrade and improvements concerning draft work as directed.

Incorporate as built information of completed plant change or project drawings on master drawing.

To provide fit for purpose electrical and instrument design drawings that meets all project requirement and in accordance with agreed design and engineering standards.

    To ensure CAD and other drafting works are carried out in accordance with approved design and drafting procedures, quality and standards.
