Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Abuja
Requirements

    Candidate should possess HND / Degree qualification with at least 3 years Post-NYSC experience in Administration, Event Management or The Entertainment Industry.
    Candidate must be between 24-28 years.

Responsibilities

    The Administration Officer is responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
    The Administrative officer will also ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services.
    The Administrative Officer will manage financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
