Job Title: Change and Release Management Specialist

Scheduling, coordinating and the management of new releases and changes including releases of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, Projects and Programs.
Responsible for implementing and managing change and release processes for the
progression of code in the development, test, and production environments.
Measure and monitor progress to ensure application changes are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations.
Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.



Job Title: SLA Management Specialist

Educational Qualifications: First degreeirom a recognized University, IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc)
Negotiating Service Level Requirement and Service Level Agreements with
Customers and ensuring Service Level Targets! Service Level Objectives within the SLA is met.
Ensuring that all templates for the Service Level Management process are up to date.
Ensuring all backend agreements for SLA's are established, including Operational
Level Agreements, Underpinning Contracts and also agreements for the IT Service Management processes.
Measuring and Service Level Reporting for IT Services, Creating Service Level
Reports for IT Services.
Establishing and setting requirements for tools to underpin the process, such as SLA and Service Catalogue I Service Portfolio tools

Tools Speiclaist

Requirements

A graduate with 7-8 years of experience preferably in Telecom industry
Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University, IT Certifications (HP Certified Professional)
Previous experience with HP monitoring tools (OM, NNM, SE)
Previous experience with HP ITSM tools (HP SM)
Experience with HP BSM, BPM, uCMDB, DDMi, OMi and NA will be an advantage.


Governance and Reporting Specialist

Requirements

A graduate with 3-4 yrs of experience
Should have worked in Telecom industry
Candidate must have knowledge on reporting (excel, power point, MS Projects)
Candidate must have excellent communication skills
Candidate must be able to able to work with cross cultural teams
