Qualification and Requirements

    Must have 10 plus years' knowledge of the automobile. Automotive experience includes: interacting closely with senior management.
    First degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
    A broad range of marketing experience, familiar with product roadmaps, strong technical and sales understanding of corporate business level needs, broad knowledge of marketing and program implementation, knowledge of competitor's product offerings
    Ability to evaluate market requirements and in depth knowledge of marketing elements (product knowledge, pricing, promotion, and positioning)
    Charismatic leader with strong network, who employs a hands-on style. Intuitive, intelligent, and high-energy, the executive will have an open communication style with a strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster energy and enthusiasm at every level.
    An accomplished Sales Man with excellent communication and computer skills who will provide accurate and timely reporting to management in Nigeria; whilst maintaining effective relationships with regional operations offices.
    Skills in applying and using knowledge in a managerial, coaching and leadership.
    Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and manufacturers, consumer and vehicle legislation, industry and trade practices.
