Hamilton Lloyd and Associates - Our client is a Build Operate and Transfer project (B.O.T) with the Lagos State Government. They are in the market for an Account / Administrative Manager.

Job title: Account and Administrative Manager

Job Role

To oversee all aspects of accounting and administrative functions and ensure the company's policies and procedures are effectively implemented and complied with.
 Key Responsibilities

To oversee all accounting functions including budgeting, asset management, cash flow management, management reporting and accounting analysis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as other applicable laws, rules and guidelines.
To assist in the development of current and long term organizational goals and objectives as well policies and procedures of the company.
Ensure that procurement and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to and are compatible with donor criteria.
Ensure internal financial and administrative procedures are compatible with prevailing laws of the company's procedures.
Prepare and present annual financial statement up to external audits.


In respect of the ideal candidate profile:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any other related course.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience on the job.
Ability & Skills

Ability to write clear and concise reports, good spoken and written English
Proven ability to produce results within tight deadlines.
Must have administrative experience
Must be able to lead and/or manage people.
