Job Responsibilities

    Ensure daily activities at the store
    Maintain the store and displays clean all times
    Greet customers and offer information about the products
    Make orders for customers and receive deliveries
    Understand and anticipate customer's needs
    General office duties such as answer telephone, take orders, send emails, ensure maintenance at working place
    Assist in shipment preparation
    Manage shifts schedules for all of the store's employees
    Assist the Store Manager when filing in forms, returns, and control documents according to agreed control procedures
    Make inventory and store goods
    Check all products to see if there are not damaged
    Handle financial transactions
    Receive and solve complaints about the services or products
    Offer technical support to customers if required
    Provide support to the Store Manager in implementing programs and execute operational and organizational objectives

Requirements

    Minimum of 1 years experience in Store Management would be added advantage
    Minimum of HND/B.Sc/ND in any relevant course of study

 Job Title: Stock Assistance

Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities

    Assist in receiving, supplying and managing stock inventories.
    Check and verify stocks received as against vendor bills.
    Determine equipment and material issues to the production staff.
    Handle stock inventories in a warehouse setting.
    Maintain and manage stock records and statements.
    Handle and manage stock of products in an organized manner.
    Prepare requisition orders for the incoming stock.
    Prepare stock utilization reports.
    Enter the stock reports and statements in a database.
    Handle and manage perishable stock under right temperature.

Requirements

    Minimum of 1 years experience in Stock Management would be added advantage

Job Title: Shop Attendant

Location: Port harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities

    The Sales attendant will assist customers with locating products in the store and should be able to explain product features and benefits. Verbal communication and customer service skills are top priority for sales attendants as this facilitates effective interaction with customers as well as with other sales attendants.
    Create or update customer profile records.
    Keep clientele informed by notifying them of any special offers or store promotions, sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
    Make entries into store stock cards of all sales or stock transactions
    Count, track and update physical stock balances
    Receive and display new stock and keep stock in merchantable state
    Attend scheduled training
    Study and have thorough knowledge of products features and benefits
    Maintain the quality of the store fittings and fixtures and responsible for store cleanliness
    Implement directives to secure stock against possible theft and other security risks to the store
    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene.

 Job Title: Shop Supervisor

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Responsibilities

    A Shop supervisor works with, and supports the Shop Manager to ensure effective overall store operations and the achievement of set sales targets.
    A Shop Supervisor will act as a sales associate, mentor and administrator.
    The Supervisor must maintain open communication with the Shop Manager and make the Shop Manager aware of any operational or merchandising issues, working together towards resolution
    Assists Shop Manager to provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise
    Study and have thorough knowledge of products features and benefits

Job Title: Shop Manager

Job Responsibilities

    Driving sales and brand loyalty to ensure that the store meets set sales targets.
    Maintain the reputation of the store by providing customer focused service and ensuring that standards of quality, store cleanliness, store fittings and fixtures, and safety are met.
    Assist shop attendants to sell and to provide additional cover when the shop assistants are on leave, sick, attending training courses or are otherwise unavailable.
    Manage approved employee scheduling to maximize staffing.
    Achieve sales targets and company goals by orienting and counselling sales attendants; prepare sales staff appraisals and deal with staff infractions.

Job Responsibilities

    To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
    To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members
    To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily
    To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking
    To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
    To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.
    Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse

Requirements

    Minimum of 2 years experience in Stock Management would be added advantage
    Minimum of HND/BSc in any relevant course of study,
