Roles

Effective management of the interface between suppliers, the network, customers and the commercial organization
Management of help desk
Development and implementation of  annual network and customer relationship plan to enhance market performance
Track  and report new product trends
Monitoring of sales and service performance of the network and evaluation of feedbacks for support actions
Update of market information database
Provide  customer service support for the company and  determine  customer satisfaction index
 Ensure Customer Satisfaction

2. MARKETING MANAGER

Job description

Roles

Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
Develop and implement promotion/advertising support programs
Strong Competition  Analysis for strategy development
Evaluate product performance
Obtain market intelligence
Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
Work   with product development teams to manage new product development.
Manage launch campaigns for new products.
Manage distribution channels
Manage media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.
Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
