1. Job Title: Client Coverage Generalist

Job Description
Primarily responsible for providing direct sales support on post origination activities like documentation, reporting, etc by engaging with client, CRC, legal, compliance, etc
Active engagement with client and also with the product partners to ensure high level of utilization of regular limits.
Work with the RM on a specified portfolio and jointly responsible for the revenue growth
Ensure high standards of hygiene (including OR, Portfolio management, Credit risk, etc) in the portfolio.


Key Roles & Responsibilities
ORIGINATION
Strongly assist the RM in origination by preparing pitch book, industry leads, etc.
Assist the RM and CA in preparing briefing notes for senior management visits.
Document the client meetings attended by preparing a call report via the CRM system
Ensure timely completion of account opening formalities of the client including collection of documents, signature verification etc., by liaising with cash operations & the CCM – Specialist  teams.
Work in partnership with FM to setup FEDS/MUREX ID and ISDA request
Identify cross sell opportunities and work closely with relationship manager to sell full range of WB products and capture entire client value chain 

CLIENT ON-BOARDING & DEAL EXECUTION
Assist the RM in liaising with Legal & Compliance, CRC and clients to resolve documentation issues like T & C deviations for standard documents.
Obtain approval for modification in standard documentation wherever necessary from appropriate authority.
Ensure documentation is completed and the limits loaded properly to ensure faster execution of the transaction.
Work with the CDD team to ensure eCDDs are created and renewed on time.
Seek approval from various authorities for release of trade offerings and release the deal in IMEX.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND PORTFOLIO QUALITY
Actively engage with client and also with the product partners to ensure high level of utilization of regular limits
Work closely with product partners for coordinating client training for non lending products. (Client training to be conducted by Product Partners.)
Track past dues and excesses in the portfolio meticulously and ensure they are regularized on time. Any exceptions to be highlighted to CA and RM.


Qualifications & Skills
University Degree or Professional Qualification in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years banking experience
Strong Communication and people management Skills
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Strong Financial, analytical and writing skills.
Thorough understanding of the bank’s products and credit policies

3. Job Title:  ECDD PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description
Accountable to Region/Country Business to drive a 3-year project through planning, implementation readiness (resources, training, set-up) of migration of our Existing to Bank (ETB) customers from manual records to eCDD

Daily management of compliance execution teams to ensure successful execution & completion according to project timeline and quality deliverables.

Identify, resolve, escalate any emerging issues that could impact meeting the objectives of 100% compliance and zero overdue.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Planning and Design

–             Expert knowledge on AML/CDD Procedures and the global standardized operating models produced by Group team.  Maintain proactive liaison with local CDD advisor and Region / Group Project contact to obtain clarifications
–             Full understanding of tech solutions relevant to the E2E procedures, identify any gaps and design process to supplement
–             Supplement process to synchronize with other processes e.g. BAU system update, trigger-based reviews.
–             Balance compliance and customer centric solutions when design call scripts, confirmation letters, contact models.
–             Adapt the global process documentation into local to meet local regulatory requirements and operational nuances.  Ensure local sign-offs are obtained.
–             Build, obtain buy-in, maintain ongoing communications and manage stakeholder expectations with the country/function champions and cross-functional team members such as  through chairing the country Project Working Committee meetings
–             Put together Implementation plan(s) within the timeline and quality framework produced by Group team.

Implementation

–             Ensure regular reporting of project progress to GM, Regional and Group programme offices.

–             Integrate new compliance requirements as they occur such as FATCA, CISADA to minimize needs of multiple efforts by bank staff or customer contacts.
–             Oversight all exceptional case handling that emerge during the review process
–             As the house expert in SME AML/CDD periodic review  procedures to advise RM/Sales support when they encounter questions

Quality and Monitoring

–             Timely submission of weekly/monthly MIS reporting  on completion % and quality
–             Quarterly quality certification in conjunction with local AML/CDD and Ops Risks experts
–             Reconciliation of completed cases against Master Tracker


Qualifications & Skills
–             University degree or above; and with solid banking compliance experience preferable
–             Must have at least medium-size project implementation success record
–             Management record of leading team sizes up to 20 in day-to-day management
–             Expert knowledge of AML/CDD policies through attending advance CDD / AML training
–             Excellent communication  and multicultural awareness and sensitivity
–             Strong technical expertise in project management and process design
–             Ability to identify risks in the project, come up with recommendation for solutions and result-oriented

5. Job Title: Relationship Mgr


Job Description
Overall responsibility for OCC activities in the Business Area.
The Relationship Manager would be responsible for Origination and would work closely as a team with the Credit Analyst (CA) and Client Coverage Manager (CCM) in deepening relationships and driving revenue growth.
The RM is overall responsible for post deal account maintenance and managing the risk associated with the portfolio. He has an overview on CCM who holds direct responsibility for post transactional activities and the CA for credit related activities.


Key Roles & Responsibilities
Origination
Identify prospect and convert in line with Bank’s appetite.
Ensure quality of the sales pitch and lead them with the clients. Also review the Term sheets before delivering to clients.
Work with CA and obtain all pre-deal clearances.
Effectively use CRM for managing a healthy pipeline and also a record of client calls and discussions.
Oversee CCM to ensure smooth on-boarding of client after thorough completion of documentation and other processes.
Senior client calling and briefing on a regular basis for account maintenance and deal negotiation. Also engage senior internal stakeholders for marketing, credit and any other pertinent issues.
Actively drive cross sell of full range of WB products and capture entire client value chain 

Client Onboarding
Work closely with CA, product partners, Global Account Managers and analyze a) wallet size b) determine appropriateness of the product and c) work out a comprehensive account plan.
Successfully negotiate and close out pricing and other deal dynamics with client
Oversee the quality & turnaround of credit proposal and ensure faster delivery. Work with CA for resolving Credit queries.
Oversee the CCM to ensure all documentation and security creation are completed on time to ensure smooth execution of transaction.
Liaising with Legal/external counsel/Credit Risk Control in preparation and execution of non standard complex transactions along with product partners
Work with CDD (KYC) team to ensure proper completion of eCDDs

Account Management & Portfolio Quality
Along with the product partner, push for line utilization of complex and structured transactions. Oversee the CCM in ensuring high utilization of regular WC facilities.
Review the excess/past due situation with CCM to ensure they are regularized and also facilitate approvals wherever required.
Review and monitor the client profitability to ensure there are no revenue leakages.
Maintain record of Confidentiality Agreement (Sales Team Leader to maintain file & copies will also be held by signatories to the agreement)
Overall responsible and accountable for the credit quality of the assigned/acquired portfolio


Qualifications & Skills
University degree in a relevant discipline, post graduate qualifications or professional certifications will be added advantages
