Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Determine strategy for increasing/maintaining business and implementing strategic business development plans.

-  Scheduling business appointments, understanding customer requirements, mapping it to company products/services, preparing and delivering presentations/demos to the clients.

-  Making sales calls weekly and maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients in CRM system.

-  Build company visibility/brand image in the market via advertising, offline and online marketing campaigns as well as via social networking marketing channels e.g. twitter, facebook, etc

-  Manage the production of marketing materials e.g. brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, website info, newsletters, etc based on marketing budget.

-  Research and engage in market intelligence for various market segments to identify prospective clients and their specific needs and make proposals to them.

-  Create and handle business development/sales correspondences e.g. proposals, quotes, bid documents, etc

-  Maintaining regular contact with key clients and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting clients needs appropriate to their business.

-  Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the products and services and continuously monitor customer satisfaction.

-  Organize and attend trade shows, events, networking meetings, negotiation meetings, etc.

-  Performing other functions that may be assigned by a line manager.



EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

   - Minimum bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2.1 grade
   - Proven track record/background experience in similar function will be an advantage
