1. Job Title: Senior Subsea Pipeline Engineer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

    Reports to: Engineering Manager (functional), Senior Project Engineer
    Directs: Pipeline Engineer
    Pipelay analysis using finite element software(s).
    Code compliance analysis and check.
    Davit lifting analysis using finite element software(s).
    Pipeline installation procedures.
    Shore-pulling calculations.
    Interface meetings with other disciplines i.e. Marine Engineering.
    Authorized to: Request for input for preparation of assigned engineering deliverable.

Requirements

    Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
    Relevant offshore training.
    Senior Pipeline Engineer - minimum of 6 years experience in offshore engineering.
    Able to work with Pipelay Analysis Software(s) e.g offpipelay or similar ones.
    Conversant with Structural Mechanics Theories.
    Conversant with Offshore engineering codes and standards i.e. DNV
    Conversant with other related Oil & Gas engineering and materials codes and standards e.g API, ASME, ASTM etc.
    Conversant with Wave Theories and offshore hydrodynamics.
    Practical and theoretical knowledge of engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of offshore pipelines and structures.
    Good knowledge of Company Management System (CMS) ensuring compliance to quality, safety, health, environment and safety (QHSES) requirements
    Good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken.
    Ability to work in a team.

2. Job Title: Lead CAD Engineer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

    Reports to the Engineering Manager
    Directs: All CAD Engineers
    Implementation of company standard for drawings
    Ensure quality of all drawings made at company engineering office
    Ensuring all vessel and equipment drawings are up to date
    Maintain and increase competence level of CAD engineers
    Timely coordinate provision of drawings to projects
    Allocation of CAD engineers to tasks
    Communication and co-ordination of CAD engineers with other disciplines
    Identification and reporting of technical areas of concern to Engineering manager
    Adherence to Company Management System (CMS) as applicable
    Take decision to ensure that quality of all drawings is safeguarded
    Check all drawings for accuracy and completeness
    Sign all drawings for CAD engineering approval

Requirements

    Vocational Education Degree in Civil, Mechanical or an equivalent Engineering discipline. Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
    Strong drafting and offshore construction/installation experience
    Relevant software training
    Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D
    Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in CAD engineering, of which 5 years in offshore transportation and installation engineering
    High proficiency in AutoCAD; other CAD design software skills are advantageous

3. Job Title: Field Engineer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

    Reports to the Construction Department Manager (Onshore), Offshore Construction Manager (Offshore)
    Liaises with Project & Construction Engineers (Office), Project Team (Offshore)
    Timely completion of assigned engineering tasks
    Quality of prepared engineering deliverables, i.e. in accordance with contractual, legislative, regulatory, company requirements
    "Fitness for purpose" of engineering deliverables
    Adherence to Company Management System (CMS) applicable to his field of responsibility
    Proposing optimisation and improvements in his area of responsibility;
    Liaising with the Senior Project Engineer or Offshore Construction Manager about project matters during offshore activities
    Engineering support during execution phase of the project (fabrication and installation, offshore)
    Effective use of the PTW System
    Technical liaising with client and subcontractors during offshore activities
    Supporting the OCM on all technical matters pertaining to the work offshore
    Ensuring that work carried out offshore is in accordance with the approved procedures and technical specifications;
    Liaising with the Construction Engineers and Project Engineers where additional engineering is needed offshore.

Responsibilities

    Liaises with the Senior Project Engineer, CAD Engineers.
    Directs Trainees and Draughtsmen involved in structural calculations and drafting;
    Timely completion of assigned engineering task

Requirements

8. Job Title: Chief Engineer, AHTS / Utility Fleet
Job Description
The Chief Engineer is head of the engineering department and has authority over all engineering and planned maintenance.

The Chief Engineer is a 100% professional with hands on, in depth experience in all operational and technical aspects of Offshore operations (Winch handling, cargo, liquids and bulk handling, Maintenance and engineering,
troubleshooting, ...). Besides excellent technical skills, the Chief Engineer has the management skills to train, coach and maintain his engineering crew to the standards of Sea Trucks Group, and to their own potential.

The Chief Engineer maintains pro-actively all communication lines with superintendents and the Technical Management.

Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the efficient, safe running and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and ancillary equipment and deck machinery on board the vessel;
    Operational excellence and display of Seamanship;
    Ensure that the Planned Maintenance System is properly maintained and reported. This includes inventories on board, Maintenance and Breakdowns, and the maintenance of Technical Manuals, Tools and Instructions;
    Ensure all certification is in date;
    Assist the vessel's Master in preparing dry dock specification and work scopes;
    Assist the vessel's Master to implement and maintain the Company's policies and Safety Management System;
    Ensure that all Engine Room Watch keeping duties are fulfilled.

Requirements:

    Fluent in verbal / written English;
    Fully licensed Chief Engineer III/2 in accordance with STCW 95;
    Valid Medical Certificate;
    Training and up to date certification in accordance with STCW 95 and Flag State Regulations;
    Genuine, proven and documented Offshore Seamanship.
