Job description

The sales personnel should have full knowledge about the product/generic names, application for training and convincing customers.
Train a network of agro dealers on agro chemicals (products, utilization, etc.)
To develop new marketing strategy, to help the customer in identifying their needs, promote brands/product/service, respond to customer query for sales conversion and consumer satisfaction.
MIS on latest price and market trend and advice company on the variables.
Develop sales & marketing plans and strategy that will lead to the acquisition, retention and expansion of company’s customer base profitably.
Provide management reports and periodic reviews to senior management on business performance.
Develop and execute the marketing strategies and annual plans to meet company targets & objective.


Minimum of HND in a relevant discipline (agro chemicals).
Good communication skills, self-motivated, energetic and dynamic.
3-5 years experience in sales of agro chemicals.
Must have in-depth understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulation and legislation relating to the farm/agricultural industry.
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work locally and globally with a team of motivated professionals
