Job Title:              Project Document Administrator
Department:      Technical
Unit:      Capital Projects
Reporting Line: Head, Capital Projects (CP)


Responsibilities
The Document Control Administrator will be responsible for documenting and keeping custody of all drawings, transmittals and version revisions related to all departmental projects including but not limited to:
Tender drawings
Construction drawings
Workshop drawings
As-built drawings
Approved technical specifications
Keep custody of all materials tests and test results
Keep track of all material approvals
Keep hard copies of letters

Other responsibilities shall include the following:
Maintaining folder access on internal servers for relevant stakeholders and issuing of document logs for each project.

Other Project engineers, OSP Engineers, Technical Project Co-ordinator, Facilities engineers.

Competencies Required             
A good engineering degree with good knowledge of drawings
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
Self-management skills
Team work
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Working knowledge of AutoCAD design software

Demands of the Job     
Ability and willingness to work even at odd hours when the work demands it.

Qualification     
B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Engineering, with min of 3-5 active experience including project document management and administration.
