    Reporting directly to the General and Project Manager, the infrastructural design the Head of Unit (HU) is technically responsible for Infrastructural designs (road construction and services like water supply-, drainage- and sewage systems), their correctness and on-time delivery. The position requires thorough knowledge of (international) infrastructural design techniques. Design coordination with Heads of Units of other disciplines and within his unit.
    The main mission of the position is to perform infrastructural analysis, layout and shop drawings.
    Infrastructural engineering plans, design and layouts
    HU is technically responsible for the infrastructure design in his unit. Reviews and checks works from infrastructure engineers. Furthermore in on-time delivery.
    Reporting to General- and Project Manager
    Is familiar with international standards (for ex. BS, DIN, DEP, etc.)
    Infrastructural engineering calculations and project specifications
    Shop drawings for road construction and services (water supply-, drainage- and sewage systems)
    Controlling progress of costs and planning during projects within his unit
    Evaluation and training of personnel

Job Requirements

    Registration as ENGR with COREN is mandatory required
    Holding a master degree will be an added advantage
    Having a previous experience of about 15 years in infrastructural design engineering is also an advantage. Experience in Gas & Oil Industry projects is desirable.
    Has a knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, (Primavera) and other common software in infrastructural design
    Has good knowledge in relevant hydraulic and road-designing Software
    Must be authorised to work in Nigeria
    Is a self-starter with an aptitude to problem solving and can work independently
    Demonstrates excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills
    Must be fluent in oral and written English
