Roles and responsibilities

    Working with Creative & Planning teams to outline and implement successful campaigns and programs
    Contribution & participation in 360º client / agency marketing teams
    Oversee/manage creative development ensuring brand essence and core message communication
    Work closely with the Other Teams including: Shopper Marketing, Promotions, Experiential/Event Marketing
    Work closely with the Event Production Director on production needs for specific programs including: fabrication, vendors, permits, pricing and inventory assets
    Monitoring/evaluating program results during execution and working directly with Field Management to identify outliers and make adjustments as needed
    Gathering important campaign feedback from Field Management and Field Representatives for client recommendations and future program improvements/enhancements
    Providing detailed financial information including detailed campaign budgets, billing/reconciliation, revenue goals/tracking and forecasts
    Work with Managing Director & HQ Team to maintain and build existing business
    Be part of/lead several RFPs throughout the calendar year.

    Have experience in several Experiential areas including: Shopper Marketing
    Work experience: 7
    Highest qualification: B.Sc
