    Must be educated to a full degree

Skills required:

  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  •     Online savvy
  •     Excellent organisational and time management skills
  •     Ability to understand complex product offerings and client issues.
  •     Experience in working in a marketing environment
  •     Excellent written and communications skills
  •     Pay attention to detail
  •     Ability to oversee multiple projects with conflicting priorities
Job purpose
To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources of internal and external teams as well as clients to deliver projects across all disciplines including campaign activity, search, public relations and graphic design.

Key duties/responsibilities
  • Plan and manage public relations and external communications
  •     Ensure external communications and promotional programs are compatible with target audience
  •     Edit and proof content as required
  •     Work along side Event coordinators to execute events and delivery, identify new events opportunities for the company and conduct post event de-briefing sessions
  •     Prepare regular reporting to the Head of Marketing on project status.
  •     Provide post event analysis and reports as required by Head of Marketing.
  •     Ensure that initiatives and projects are delivered to a high standard and quality.
  •     Ensure adherence to deadlines.
  •     support training and development of less experienced team members by mentoring and suggesting development initiatives.
  •     Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all disciplines involved in the project
  •     Create and multiple project schedules, working with cross functional team.
  •     Develop innovation strategies and relationship building activities
  •     Oversee print production and coordinate vendor activities
  •     Conduct market research using focus groups and questionnaires
  •     Monitor competitor activity
  •     Oversee the development and maintenance of the company s databases including conduct lists and promotional materials
