Job Title: Personal Assistant to General Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

    Minimum of HND in related field
    Minimum of 1-3 years experience
    Great Interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, excellent planning, organizational and communication skills, professional telephone ethics, proficiency in MS office suites and ability to work unsupervised.

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Using a variety of software packages
  •     Booking transport and accommodation
  •     Managing databases; handling correspondence
  •     Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  •     Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  •     Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  •     Answering telephone calls
  •     Maintaining diaries
  •     Arranging appointments
  •     Taking messages
  •     Typing/word processing
  •     Filing; organising meetings
